Nancy Tassi started with Kelsch Associates as the receptionist on February 9, 2009. She has been given the opportunity to learn every aspect of the clerical department. In 2018, she obtained the Lead Clerical Administrator position.
Nancy enjoys the nice relationships she has developed with many of the clients, staff, and anyone that has needed assistance . Throughout the years she was given the opportunity to take on many different responsibilities such as : the evaluation system, health benefits, the retirement fund, receptionist tasks, training newly hired clerical staff and representing the Agency at many job fairs. Most importantly, Nancy assists in preparing and maintaining all personnel files for state licensing. She thrives in a team environment, both inside and outside of Kelsch Associates NJ.

CAROL KRULIKOWSKI, CLERICAL ADMINISTRATOR AND PAYROLL SUPPORT
Carol is employed in the Clerical Department of Kelsch Associates NJ. Some of her responsibilities include: payroll, on boarding new employees and handling Workers' Compensation claims.
She enjoys the variety of her responsibilities which allows her to gain experience in different departments within the company. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her six grandchildren.
