Bob joined the agency in 2015 as part of the fiscal team, with a focus on cost savings and facility renovations. Graduating from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing; Bob brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Bob made himself known at the agency by upgrading technology, systems, and facilities which provided much needed support for direct care professionals, administrators, and the individuals served. His passions for people and problem solving have found a home at Kelsch Associates where Bob has been instrumental in the agency expansion, helping to open two new day programs and nine community residences to better serve individuals.
