patti amoriello, director of client development
Patti Amoriello is Director of Client Development. In this role, Patti's passion and commitment to the Agency, individuals and families, as well as her deep knowledge of the Kelsch NJ mission affords her the ability to expand our services and increase innovative approaches. Previously, Patti served as the Executive Director of Residential Services from 2015-2020.
She believes in empowering individuals we serve through Kelsch Associates person centered philosophy supporting everyone to achieve their goals and dreams. She has passionately advocated for people with different disabilities to experience the full scope of community integration.
She possesses a bachelor’s degree in Teacher of the Handicapped and is a Licensed Social Worker. She has worked in the field since 1977 in many capacities. Her roles have included teaching preschool handicapped children specializing in Autism, Direct care staff, Resident Manager of a Supervised Apartment, Program Supervisor for Kelsch Associates. She worked for Kelsch Associates 15 years prior to leaving the agency to explore other career options. She worked for the Division of Youth and Family Services as a Case Manager, the Division of Developmental Disabilities as a Placement Coordinator then onto Program Development. She feels returning to Kelsch Associates is where she will be until retirement. She always believed in what they stood for and their dedication to those they served. Patti also does various volunteer work within her Church and community.
Patti has been and continues to be an integral part of The Kelsch Associates NJ administrative team. Through her work in this field she believes that she has made and will continue to make a difference in the lives of those individuals we serve and their families. Her approach to make Kelsch Associates a TEAM has shown through in her commitment to work as a team with the individuals we serve and the staff at Kelsch Associates. Seeing the smiles on our individuals face when they accomplish something they worked hard for or they are just happy makes it ALL worth it.
