janis mangino, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR of RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
Janis Mangino currently serves as the Executive Director of Residential Services at Kelsch Associates NJ. In her role, she supervises administrative staff and Direct Care staff involved in residential programming. This includes supervising administrators that monitor Licensing Compliance, Quality Assurance and Risk Management.
Janis is a big believer in empowering individuals through Kelsch Associates’ person centered philosophy, and TEAM approach, supporting each individual to achieve their goals and dreams. She has passionately advocated for people with different abilities to experience the full realm of community integration. She has spoken at various community meetings to advocate for individuals to be able to live where they choose in the community, and to outreach to community entities to promote a fuller understanding of the rights of the individuals we serve.
Janis possesses a Masters Degree in Psychology, and is a Registered Behavioral Technician. She has worked in the field since 1982 in many capacities. Her roles have included direct care staff, Program Supervisor and Director of Residential Services.
Janis has been and continues to be an integral part of The Kelsch Associates NJ administrative team. Through her work in this field she believes that she has been given much more then she could ever give, including friendship, knowledge and understanding. The individuals we serve are her family and she wishes to continue to her work for many more years.

linda edwards, director of residential services
Linda Edwards is the Director of Residential Services at Kelsch Associates. She has twenty-four years of experience working with adults with Developmental Disabilities and Behavioral Challenges. Linda graduated with honors from Camden County College earning an Associates of Science degree in Human Services. She later went onto graduate with honors from the University of Phoenix; earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services, with a component in Management. Linda’s contributions to the agency include implementing and revising agency policy, providing direct supervision to Administrative Staff, as well as maintaining Quality Assurance by working directly with the Office of Licensing and Inspection. Linda’s dedication, and assiduous work ethic are what makes her a valuable part of our upper administrative team.

Stacey Flora began her employment with Kelsch Associates, Inc. in September of 2009. Over the years she has held many roles in the agency (Assistant Residential Manager, Residential Manager, Senior Program Worker, and Program Supervisor). Recently, Stacey has been promoted to Director of Residential Services. In 2008, Stacey earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She graduated from Wesley College. Stacey is very humble, kind, and has a gentle/calm nature; She has a genuine respect for all. Stacey's favorite part of her job has always been interacting with the residents. Stacey has always been inspired by her parents, as they are very kind, compassionate, hard-working people.
dana fitzpatrick, director of residential services
Dana graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Psychology. During her time at Rutgers, Dana worked as a Behavior Assistant for children with Autism. She spent three years working in Account Management with an advertising agency before joining the Kelsch team in 2011. Dana has held various positions in the agency, including Residential Manager, Senior Program Worker, Program Supervisor, and most recently, Director of Residential Services. Dana loves spending time with the residents and helping them to achieve their goals.

Safiya Johnson joined the Kelsch Associates Inc. Team in 2011 as a Relief Residential Manager and is currently a Program Supervisor. Safiya graduated from Montclair State University earing a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology with a Minor in Biochemistry.
She joined the agency with a desire to help others live a full and independent life while being provided with the assistance and care they need. As a Program Supervisor, Safiya has supervised numerous Kelsch Group Homes, Supervised Apartments as well as two of the Kelsch Day Programs.

dana rodilosso, program supervisor
Dana Rodilosso began her employment with Kelsch Associates, Inc. NJ in June of 2012. Dana graduated from Drexel University with a bachelor’s degree in Health Service Administration.

Dana was not familiar with this field when she started, however she grew up babysitting children with Down’s Syndrome. Dana’s favorite part of the job is seeing the consumers happy when they achieved or are working on a skill towards their independence.

natasha davis, program supervisor
Natasha Davis has been with the company since 2014 and she has worked as a manager at several program sites. In June of 2019, she was promoted to Program Supervisor. Natasha has her associate degree in Human Services, bachelor’s degree in Sociology and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work. She has a passion for serving clients in the human service field and enjoys using the Agency’s Philosophical approach with the consumers within the Agency.
tasia ward, program supervisor
Tasia Ward has worked with the company for 8 years and was recently promoted to Program Supervisor from Resident Manager. She graduated in 2011 from Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She is an effective leader, straight-forward, dependable, and determined. Tasia loves being at her sites and working with the individuals. Having a profound impact on someone’s life is what inspires her. “Every day is a chance to do something different and make a difference”.

stefania williams, quality assurance director
Stefania graduated from Rutgers in New Brunswick with a BA in Political Science. From 1982-1986 and then again from 1998-2002, Stefania worked as a substitute teacher in The Camden City Public Schools. Stefania started with Kelsch Associates NJ in 1986 and after a brief departure in 2008, returned in 2010. During those interim years, Stefania was a teacher at Davis Elementary School in Camden NJ from 2008-2010. In 2019, Stefania was awarded The Jim Kelsch Humanitarian Award for her dedication and service to the company. Among her many talents, Stefania is an accomplished seamstress and a Member of 10th St. Baptist Church in Camden, NJ. Last but not least, Stefania considers herself a "Professional Grandmother" and enjoys telling stories and showing pictures of her 6 grandkids.
david pingitore, therap coordinator
David Pingitore, Jr. a 2005 graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor’s in communications was looking for a new and rewarding career with the ability to give back. Employed since 2011, David has worked as resident manager, quality assurance, program supervisor and now the agency’s Therap administrator, along with the honor of representing our agency for the Special Olympics bowling competition. David’s unique set of computer skills, along with the ability to learn and adapt makes him a wonderful asset for the agency.
coleen masciarelli, agency trainer
Coleen started working for Kelsch Associates NJ in 1982 as a Residential Aid. During her years with the Agency, she was given the opportunity to advance her position. Over her long tenure with the Agency, she has been an SPW and a Trainer (First Aid/CPR). During a hiatus from the Agency, she obtained her Certification as an Activity Director and worked in several nursing homes throughout South Jersey.
Upon her return to Kelsch NJ in February 2015, Coleen was the Day Program Manager at both Woodbury Day Program and Cinnaminson Day Program. Shortly after, she became the Agency Trainer.
Coleen has two grown children and has been happily married for 34 years. She is a wonderful asset to the Agency and truly believes in the Agency Philosophy; people change people grow!
